1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PinkToes Casino ("the Service", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms at any time; continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

2 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use PinkToes Casino. By using the Service you represent that you meet this age requirement and that using the Service does not violate any law that applies to you.

3 Nature of the Service — No Real-Money Gambling

PinkToes Casino is a social / play-money casino. Gameplay uses Pink Cash (PC), a virtual currency that:

• has no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for legal tender, goods, or services from us;
• cannot be purchased from us with real money — we sell nothing;
• represents in-game Minecraft currency on a third-party server and is provided purely for entertainment.

Because no real-money stake is placed and no real-money prize is offered by us, the Service is not intended to constitute gambling. Nothing here is an offer to gamble for money.

4 Deposits & Redemptions

"Deposits" and "redemptions" move in-game Minecraft currency between your Minecraft account and your Pink Cash balance via our automated bot. These are transfers of a virtual in-game currency, not real money. Redemptions are subject to in-game and site limits, a wagering (playthrough) requirement, and availability of the bot. We do not guarantee that any transfer will complete and are not liable for in-game currency lost due to server issues, bot downtime, or third-party actions.

5 Accounts & Security

You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Do not share your password. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraud, exploitation, or abuse.

6 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• exploit bugs, use bots, scripts, or automation to gain an unfair advantage;
• manipulate the provably-fair system, tamper with requests, or attempt replay/duplication attacks;
• use multiple accounts to abuse bonuses, rain, tips, or redemptions;
• harass other players, spam chat, or post unlawful content.

Balances gained through exploitation may be reversed and accounts terminated without notice.

7 Virtual Currency

Pink Cash is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial entertainment. We may adjust, expire, or reset balances at our discretion — for example, to correct errors or exploits. You have no ownership right or cash claim in Pink Cash.

8 No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PinkToes Casino and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of in-game currency, arising from your use of the Service. Since the Service involves no real money, your sole remedy for any dispute is to stop using it.

10 Third Parties

PinkToes Casino is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mojang Studios or Microsoft. "Minecraft" is a trademark of its respective owner. Use of any third-party server is subject to that server's own rules, which you are responsible for following.

11 Changes & Termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may terminate or restrict your access at our discretion.
